Cancellation of order is allowed however needs to be before order is shipped, if order has been requested to be cancelled after this period we will be unable to refund. 

In the case of wanting to return the item purchased, it needs to be in the same quality that it was received in with tags still attached or with with item, any stains or damage to item will lead to not being refunded. The customer will be responsible for paying to return the item to us, however some cases maybe excluded.
